Location was great! The morning breakfast was wonderful.
No elevator....if you have lots of luggage get ready for a great work out. No phones in the room, so when we woke up the next morning and noticed housekeeping didn’t leave any bath towels we had to use the hand towels to dry off.

Location was great, breakfast choices were very good. Had dinner in the outdoor seating area of the hotel and the Veal Osso Bucco was excellent. Staff was very accommodating. Bed was comfortable.
My room could have used more light (room was dingy), no a/c the fan helped but was annoying. Lights above the vanity (3 of 4 did not work)

Location is great. 300m from bus stop to Como. 100m from ferry terminal. But Bellagio is a small town so any hotel has a good location really.
No reception, no permanent staff to help you. Closed after restaurant hours. Lacking English-speaking staff and very unfriendly. Not wheelchair accessible and no elevator. Dirty and worn rooms, holes in the windows and baseboards, bad locks, mold in the bathroom, small shower, peeled off paint from the ceiling, very bad sound isolation and extremely noisy until midnight. Towels are only changed on request. No trash cans in the room. No safe, minibar or airconditioning. TV remote doesn't work. Too expensive for too many flaws. Avoid.
