Pros: Staff is very kindly and helpful. They help us with all questions and gave advices for the seenig city. Breakfast is very good and diverse. The room is big and it was very cean. At the hotel gave us phone that we have wifi connection everywere and this help us a lot. The public transport is across the street and with good connections to every part of the city. We will absolutley came back at this hotel.

Pros: Budget option for staying in the center of Belgrade. The coffee is very good (NOT the one for breakfast, but the one you pay for in the lobby/restaurant). Specious room, comfortable bed, all basics included. Friendly staff.
Cons: Breakfast was an issue for me - the options for eggs were weird, tea is in small cups with luke warm water, coffee is pre-made, dirty table cloths... The main issue was with the cleanliness of the place, as could not find a single spot with set cutlery by 9am. The overall care toward cleanliness just did not hit the mark for me.

Pros: Very nice receptionists. It was a small problem with the booking first night, I and my colleague have been kindly asked to spend it in another 4* hotel, few minutes away, but the next day we have been upgraded to beautiful and large rooms, including free taxi ride from and to airport. We've been really impressed :)

Cons: Soooo close to perfect but the staff in the bar/restaurant let themselves down on the 2nd night. Inattentive to the point of rude and surly. Night and day compared to the staff the night before who were warm, friendly and inviting.
