Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel staff, with many describing the service as exceptional. However, there are repeated complaints about cleanliness, with several reviews mentioning dirty carpets, old furniture, and poorly maintained rooms. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying it and others finding it lacking in variety or freshness. The hotel's location is generally considered convenient, though a few note it is somewhat far from the city center. Overall, while service stands out as a major positive, cleanliness and some amenities could be improved.
