Clean, wide rooms
Good food. Very friendly staff. Nice room.
Ambience in lobby and in restaurant is 3 star. Very restrictive in opening times so need to rush everywhere: dinner 18.45-21.15, beach towels 16.00-19.00, kids water slider 14.00-16.00, ice cream 14.00-17.00, fitness room only until 19.00. You can see that the manager tries hard to cut costs, but so many restrictions hurt the hotels 5 star standing.
Beach and sea is trully amazing! Italian a la carte restaurant was really good with delicious food.
I have a feeling that I stayed in a different hotel than most of people who gave a review. This is not a 5 star hotel and definately not Deluxe. Reception area is very dark and has a really bad design. Combinations of colours made my eyes feel painful (red chairs, violet and green sofas, black walls and columns, blue and pink lights). Such a tasteless design which does not give an impression of a nice hotel. At the arrival we have been given a room in the main building, third floor. The room was shabby and definately needs some renovation. It was also very hot and had a really strong smell of smoke. We asked for another room and have been given a room in building 2. The new room was really nice with a good view. Make sure that you ask in advance for the room in building 2 or 3 as they are renovated. Food was not a 5 star standard. Cocktails were really bad! House wine was impossible to drink
