Good 7.1
Pros: Spacious one bedroom apartment Friendly staff Various selection of breakfast but standard
Cons: The rooms are dusty maybe because of the fitted carpets ! AC in the living room was not cooling well!
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Cleanliness, helpful staff, spacious room. A nice place to stay
Cons: Nothing actually. Its was a great short stay
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The hotel exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised by the responsiveness of the staff. I check-in late at night and mentioned that I will need iron in the morning. Not even 10 minutes later, they brought it to my room. Many other things left a good impression of customer service. Also, the rooftop opens a great view of the city!!
Cons: First of all, you should really consider extending the rooftop opening hours. If you don't want to keep the bar open before 6 pm, open access to the terrace only. Secondly, I had to check-out in a hurry, therefore, I forgot my ring in the room. When asked the reception, they said no one found anything. However, when I confronted the cleaning lady, she brought it back within minutes.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything... Good place , Friendly employees, V Clean ...
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was wonderful. We were welcomed by the warm friendly staff at the front desk (sorry, I forget her name). The room was set up exactly as we needed with a crib and extra mattresses. One of the AC was slow to turn on when we arrived and they immediately sent someone over and it was working that evening. The room was super clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread had lots of options. The staff at the restaurant were great as well.
Good 7.9
Pros: The room is bigger than expected
Cons: The WiFi was horrible, kept disconnecting, and the TV had only 5 local channels
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great breakfast buffet
Cons: Had a little trouble with airport pickup arrangements, unclear instructions
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location, large clean rooms
Good 6.7
Pros: Location convenient
Cons: Bed was suppose to be king but it was separate beds joined and felt not comfortable

Pros: Good location, good facilities, the bar works 24hs a day. Nice menu at the restaurant. The room's are spacious and very clean.
Cons: The Wi-Fi didn't work properly, they should improve this. There's only one elevator and it's slow. No Gym yet but they are building one.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Interior Designing style
Cons: The elevator is an issue When they have party in the restaurant, to access your room gets difficult and time consuming, or you use the stair. The furniture at the terrace needs more cleaning an more maintenance Room has mold odor in it.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Lovely hotel in a very good location. It has old world charm.
Cons: The bathrooms are dated and there is no walk-in shower cubicle. Limited facilities as there is no coffee machines in the rooms and the bottled water not enough for guests.

Pros: Rooftop and terrace of suite
Cons: Entrance procédures
Okay 5.4
Pros: I like this property as it’s spacious and has all the necessities a five star hotel offers. Easy to check in and out with room service being decent too.
Cons: Found a large insect in the room. Doorbell kept going off sporadically, called the hotel and after half an hour, the solution was to put the DND button on. Pool doesn’t get sun.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Great location with lots of interesting cafes and restaurants in the area.
Cons: Hard to the think of any negatives but some channels such as Bloomberg and CNBC weren’t working. Also the blinds don’t close until the very end easily.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The hotel has very fun and interesting decor! The breakfast was very good and the staff were all very friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here, especially if you have children and enjoy something a little different and unique.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent service. The best was super comfortable. Staff was incredibly helpful and were really friendly I was only there for 1 day so didn’t get to use the facilities but the room was spacious and well equipped!
Cons: Nothing, everything was great.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Awesome place
Good 7.9
Pros: The location was great
Cons: The entrance was bad
Excellent 9.6
Pros: I like everything about this hotel as my favourite in Lebanon by far. Cozy, clean, comfortable and best location.
Okay 5.4
Pros: Nice room and bathroom. Clean upon arrival.
Cons: We stayed for 3 days and nobody came to clean the room during our stay. We were missing all the first day and when we returned to the hotel we saw that the room was as we left it, there were no towels to have a bath and I called the reception to bring me towels and told them that nobody came to clean. They asked if I had the "do not disturb" card on the door and I told them no. They apologised and they brought me towels. The next day the same thing. We were missing all day and again nobody came. Upon leaving I told them that nobody came to clean the room during my stay and again they asked if I had the "do not disturb" card on and I told them no and they contacted the cleaner to find out but no answer was given to me whatsoever. Also upon arrival they asked for $100 for two rooms in order to have the mini bar and if something was taken out they will charge it from there and return the rest of the amount. I told them not to lock the money and to charge me upon checking out and they denied. They locked the mini bars. I then came back and gave them $100 in order to have the mini bar unlock to have some cold water during out stay. At the end we had nothing taken from the mini bar and they told us that the money will be return to me in about 20 days. This is unacceptable.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Really nice and trendy Boutique hotel in Badaro. The room was very spacious and clean (modern amenities). The hotel has a lot to offer from a café to restaurant an barber shop. The staff was also very pleasant and helpful. I really enjoyed the neighborhood (Badaro street) with its great restaurants and bars.
Cons: I liked everything about the hotel. My only criticism (and this is more personal taste than anything) is the roof top. It is very nicely decorated; however, the pool is a miss. I do not see the appeal in having a semi-indoor pool crammed near a bar and seating area. It just felt awkward. Despite the intense heat during our stay, we opted to use an outdoor pool at another hotel to cool off. Again this is just personal preference, but they should have created a full on outdoor pool for sunbathing.

Pros: Well maintained 5*, great stay in all facilities like poolside, room, etc. Appreciated honeymoon package which was customized on request and well prepared on full convenience...
Cons: Little bit slow and non prepared attendance in the restaurant (Candelabra) in the evening, considering its Saturday evening and not too many guests. Mistakes like no steak knife for beef, not refilling the drinks (even water when necessary... less sect...) but reserving the bottles on side... nothing severe.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The staff, service and facilities
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Everything was wonderful
Mediocre 2.5
Pros: Spacious and luxurious place. Ms. Saria Ghorayeb was polite and professional.. tried to make it up to us after facing several issues..
Cons: Not clean.. bad service.. rats were spotted at the jet bar..
Excellent 9.2
Pros: We stayed in the pool deluxe room, 1004. I highly recommend it with your own private entry into the beautiful pool. At nighttime it’s so romantic. I highly recommend the spa. We had an amazing afternoon using the sauna, steam room, and cold plunge facilities. I also had a hydro-facial with Takla. She was so professional and knowledgeable. All of the spa staff actually was amazing.
Cons: The fitness gym was amazing but needed more equipment for free weights and those who weightlift.
Excellent 9.2
Cons: The pool should be warmer at this time of the year
Good 7.5
Pros: The upgraded room overlooking the resort and sunset
Cons: The loud music by the pool until 2 am and more ! The service isn’t very fast
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Felt like I was on vacation, the resort is great. Staff was so friendly.
Cons: The doors in the hallway to get to the rooms. The salon closes on Sunday which was inconvenient.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean good price. Friendly staff
Cons: Address not familiar to taxi

Excellent 10.0

Pros: A large area
Cons: The view there is nothing to see The furniture is very modest for the price The kitchen closes before sunset
Good 7.1
Pros: Big space and nice view Friendly staff Comfortable Air conditioning
Cons: Away from most of the attractions and pricy
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We booked a diplomatic 2bed suite which was very spacious. Lots of room to store things, lots of space to put your toiletries in the bathroom. The beds were large and comfortable (might be a bit soft for some). WiFi was strong. Front desk was very helpful and helped us book a great driver for day trips. The area is quiet. There is a supermarket around the corner. Cleaning was always done by the time we got back.
Cons: -
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Clean, comfortable bed, good value for money
Okay 4.6
Pros: The negatives completely outweighed the positives. The location was OK if you want to be near the coast (rooms have a slither of sea view), but not near much else. Rooms were large and kitchens well kitted out. The balcony was nice and big but furniture was broken and uncomfortable so didn't use the space much.
Cons: DISLIKE 1: Me: "We leave at 1 a.m. so we'll miss our pre-paid breakfast, do you think maybe we could have something takeaway" Receptionist: "No we don't do that" Me: "Not even a croissant or just some fruit or something to save us going now and looking?" Receptionist: "No." DISLIKE 2: Tried to change money at the desk (only $50/£40 worth) and receptionist told us he couldn't do it (despite the website saying the hotel offered exchange and despite there being a sign on the wall in reception showing rates). So we wasted over an hour and a half walking around trying to find a money place on the streets because there's nothing around the hotel and it was Easter Friday so everything was closed. We ended up changing it inside another hotel, I wish we'd stayed there! DISLIKE 3: You could hear everything in the upstairs room - inc. a child running around continuously; so loud. I called down to reception but it didn't help.

Pros: Centrally located hotel (Hamra area) with adequate facilities (nothing spectacular). Good value for money (at least at the time of booking). Clean and comfortable. Nothing bad about it really.
Cons: Shower: floor keeps getting wet.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Le Bristol was a wonderful place to stay with real old world hotel charm. It is a beautifully appointed hotel. We stayed for a week in a suite on Level 3 and received lots of lovely extras - pastries, snacks, drinks and chocolates. It was a haven at the end of a day sightseeing around Lebanon. The bed was unbelievably comfortable.
Cons: Service is quite slow and the restaurant is quite expensive.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Room was lovely! Hotel beautiful and in a good location. Very friendly staff on the front door and security staff. Lovely rooftop pool and nice to have access to snacks when staying on the hipster floor. Thank you for a lovely stay.
Cons: We found reception staff weren’t overly friendly.
Good 7.0
Pros: - located in the down town, - near to Al-Hammra street - near to ABC shopping mall - breakfast is good
Cons: - in very crowded area - housekeeping not good , sometime they remove some stuff from the room and they did not return it back - the bathroom was leaking of water for two times. - room is very small
Okay 5.1
Cons: Hotel charged me for extra nights when I wants sit check out early
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly Reception Staff Very Clean Rooms with great amenities
Good 7.9
Pros: The staff was really helpfull and very nice.
Cons: The music played at the breakfast room could be more in tune with - and approrpiate for - the time of day.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Breakfast at the restaurant very expensive $60 not fair.
Okay 5.4
Pros: Beautiful lobby, lovely staff, comfortable mattress
Cons: Very dated rooms, bathroom has grout to be cleared, ironing board didnt work, pool was no bigger than 15m and the real turning point was when we were charged an exorbitant 15€ for making LOCAL calls from our room when I tried to make a reservation at Em Sherif - and all I did was try several times to reach them and spoke to Em Sherif for all of 2 minutes! When you pay 90€ for a room how can you charge 15€ for LOCAL calls? I could have used that money to get a sim card for a month. What a rip-off.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The bed's were particularly comfortable and the cleanliness of the place was outstanding!
Cons: Breakfast was not included and it was an expensive addition!

Mediocre 2.5
Pros: I like only the view of the breakfast and the teem there only from the lady who sets u down to the waiters only
Cons: They still didn’t return my money back , and they take the different between dollars to liras although they don’t say that in the description when you book and many other hotel don’t do that , at least don’t tell me pay in whatever you want at least inform me before so I can pay with your local currency , and yeah one thing more the washroom smelled so bad from day one , finally this doesn’t deserve what I payed for am so disappointed

Good 6.7
Pros: The room was very spacious and very well maintained with beautiful and interesting items used in the decor and delicious fresh fruit was kept ready before our arrival; the concierge was very attentive to our needs and helped us have a very pleasant experience by arranging our reservations at various restaurants and other venues, including a half-day tour to nearby attractions and especially Jeita Grotto...
Cons: The breakfast buffet was very limited compared to what I would expect from an establishment like Le Vendome; the ongoing construction next to the hotel makes it mandatory to get up by 8ish in the morning as it is impossible to sleep after that due to the very high levels of noise
Good 7.3
Pros: service of staff is very personalized and friendly. boutique hotel in the vibrant heart of beirut
Cons: they dont clean the terasses and lobby is not grand .
Okay 5.3
Pros: The housekeeping was perfect and honest.
Cons: The price was extreamly high !
Good 6.3
Pros: One of the main reason for choosing this hotel always is the fascinating sea view from the upper floors

Pros: A large pool area to relax after sightseeing. Bright and comfortable room. The beds are really good. Excellent breakfast.
Cons: Food and beverage in the resort are quite expensive.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This hotel is more or less is like a private Island. It has everything you can think of to make your stay very enjoyable. It has its own private beach which is plus plus. It has very large swimming pools right there at the beach. Had breakfast at the hotel and it was superb. The taste and varieties of food is unforgettable. The service at the restaurant was top class. Last but not least, what made me love this hotel is the very special treatment I received from Darine Awwad Assistant Front Office Manager and the other lady receptionist Rayanne. I felt that they have the most positive attitude ever toward their customers. These two ladies are truly super stars in their own ways. During check out they tried their utmost best to get me to extend by offering me room upgrade. They showed me breathtaking beach front room with balcony to change my mind to extend my stay. Because I had another commitment I couldn’t extend but I promised to come back before year end. The overall staff attitude is one of its kind. Thank you very much for your professional gesture.
Cons: Everything was more than just fine. Thank you to the hotel staff
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great gym and spa. Superb outdoor and indoor swimming areas. Gym provides towels, robes, and slippers. All staff were discreet, but helpful and always available when needed.
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The hotel is very nice ,it is like a resort inside Beirut, very helpful staff, breakfast is excellent ,the whole facility is immaculate, special thanks to the reception staff very helpful.
Cons: Some of the rooms are above the chillers you can hear the loud noise, the food at the Lebanese restaurant in the hotel has very bad food and service Do not eat at Madinati restaurant.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Good service at the front desk
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was very hospitable, I was provided with a free upgrade to a much nicer room. The room was spacious, very clean, and fully equipped. The food was great and the hotel has one of the most beautiful terraces to enjoy a cup coffee overseeing Beirut's beautiful sunset.
Cons: Parking charges are very high. Also, my suite was on a ground floor whereby people kept walking in front of me as well as the cleaning labor which caused me to close the curtains most of the time.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The staff is very kind and helpful also the facilities are top
Cons: The rooms needs to be renovated I guess
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The location was convenient with a beautiful view. Variety of the food staff was great. The Breakfast Buffet closes at 10:30AM, so it i suggested not to accept guests after 10AM, otherwise for those who comes late they need to be given a sufficient time for a 'descent' meal as the restaurant staff starts removing the food after 10:30.
Cons: Nothing, my family and I spent a great time at the Hotel.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Always it’s nice to stay at this sea side hotel
Okay 5.0
Pros: Near to many place
Cons: Properly and staff were bad

Pros: Excellent breakfast staff and breakfast. Good location for airport. Good value V's neighbor hotels.
Cons: Rude staff on arrival. The girl with glasses on reception barked for passport immediately. Zero welcome and no hello. Basics. Checkout they manually inspect mini bar. Dude says Pepsi missing. Show receptionist mini bar intact. The dude can't even count! Sad really. Sundowner bar closed. Too much chorline in pool. Pull the eyes out of you.
Excellent 9.6
Cons: lovely staff especially the reception team ,quite hotel ,and perfect breakfast

Cons: I gave the hotel US DOLLER BUT refund given by lebanon lira
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The check in process was smooth and fast. The welcoming was warm. They upgraded our regular room (15 m2) to a preferred room (25 m2) which was great. The room is marvelous, very well air conditioned and spotlessly clean. The bed and pillows are extra comfy (maybe the best i've ever experienced). The balcony is big and overlooks the pool. The breakfast, the next morning, is out of this world. Sooo many options to choose from while not forgetting the most helpful and polite staff. Check out is at 12 but they let us stay till 1 pm. However we deposited our luggage in the luggage room and continued our day by the pool.
Good 6.7
Pros: Location , sea front
Cons: Need renovation
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Very relaxing and calm.
Cons: The shuttle bus does not work every day ... disappointed.
Okay 5.8
Cons: The room size is very small. The room maintenance is very poor. AC very noisy and nit working properly. The tv channels are not clear in resolution. Had my car 3 times bumped from Valet parking and the denied it. Hidden cost on the valet services which is stated at the booking : Available parking for guests. However i ended up paying 15$ per day for the parking.
Good 7.1
Pros: I loved the pool and the beach view. All the rooms have a good view. Its very clean The pool staff are very nice and cooperative and make the experience great
Cons: 1. Elevator is too old and doesnt work properly 2.gun shooting was heard all night in the neighbourhood 3.the nesspresso machine in the room should be complementary as with all the 5 stars hotels. Here they charge for for it. As well as for the local water. And they charged me for nuts i havent used 4.in the breakfast the juice tasted like dettol. O conplained so they said they wash the dispenser with it.
Okay 5.8
Pros: Beds were comfy. They decorated it for us as we were on a special trip and left a cake for us as well.
Cons: The room was not clean. There was mold all over the bathroom ceiling and shower. Phone in room and tv remote not working. TV was all static except for a few Arabic channels. Needs a major overhaul to be called a 5 star resort. It was too loud! They had an Arabic musician playing outside our room that played till midnight. Was t impossible to sleep. This happened both Thursday and Friday night. Don’t stay in room by the pool as people are hanging out doing shisha and again it’s too loud. We stayed outside of the city to avoid the noise but wish we’d stayed elsewhere in retrospect.
