Guests say
Most guests appreciate the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for sightseeing and access to the beach. However, many reviews complain about poor cleanliness, with some describing the hotel as dirty, old, and in need of renovation. Service receives mixed feedback; while some staff are described as friendly and helpful, others are seen as unhelpful or inattentive. The pool is frequently mentioned as unavailable or not as advertised, which disappointed several guests. A few guests highlight spacious and clean rooms as a positive aspect, but overall, the hotel seems to fall short of expectations in cleanliness and amenities.
