The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful - I felt very much at home from the second I walked in to the hotel. The room was large and clean and the buffet breakfast (included for me at no extra charge) served on the 13th floor with a view of the Black Sea was large and tasty. Top marks :-)

Third time we've stayed there. Each time, it was great. Love the Comfort Suite, the extra living room area and couch is a bonus, especially for when we brought our daughter and we had a place to relax as a family, not just on the beds. The staff are so polite and helpful. They showed me several room options when I arrived, to choose from. The restaurant area has a great view and was decorated for the holidays. Very good service.
