Pros (+) bed fairly comfortable and good location. That's about it on the positive side.
Cons (-) Pillows dirty. Asked to change rooms, which was accommodated. However toilet in next room was broken and there was poop in it from the first before me. Disgusting! Remarked about this to front desk, and the response was, "Oh. Ok.". There was no apology, no refund or credit offered. He did manage to send someone to fix toilet, but damage already done at that point. Decor and fixtures grossly outdat...
