It took two hrs for our breakfast on Saturday morning and it was cold
They said they had only took it over in the last month and the chef hadn’t turned in
Close to appointments
Very basic. Room clean
The staff were great very friendly and helpful, the beds were very comfortable a little noise from the street but this an old hotel so, part of th charm.
Stairs are a little difficult for aged persons and a good clean up around the exterior would go a longway.
Bed was comfortable. Location good.
Place needs a thorough clean, place looks shabby and room was very very noisy with road traffic (which is not owners fault but no insulation on windows definitely did not help). Got no sleep because of ?owners/ staff member's children stomping around until 1am above my head. Paper thin walls so you can hear neighbouring room noise. When I complained about the noise at checkout, I was told 'the kids kept us awake too'. Staff don't seem to care. I was there for business and set up was unprofessional and unorganized.
Good value for money.
