Location was great, right next to the train station.
Expected a slightly more updated room (even for the 'cheap option in this 4 start hotel), it would not have done any harm to paint the walls whilst the floor I stayed on awaits a complete overhaul. As I am sure they have already been done to the more expensive rooms in this hotel.

The location is great. I arrived by train and you can already see the hotel when stepping out of the train station. The neighborhood is also nice, a lot of amenities reachable on foot. The bar on the third floor is really nice and all the staff were really professional and accommodating. The balcony had a nice view of the surroundings.
The interior of the room was a bit bare bones. The room seemed a bit empty, the beds felt like fold-out futons, the bathroom had a bit of a smell.

Location was perfect, excellent connection. Hotel offers everything: nice room, lots of amenities and comfort. Staff is brilliant from reception to room service. I must mention Rodolfo from the concierge , he was very professional with our luggage. Absolutely value for the money!!!

If you want to celebrate New Year in Barcelona, than this is the best location, close to the main square where the fireworks were. The personal is friendly and helpful. Great connection to several public transport lines. In the same building you can find super market.
The hotel is old and the bed was not really comfortable.
