Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's central location, with easy access to local attractions and ski lifts. The pool and spa facilities were also highlighted positively by several reviewers, as was the breakfast selection. However, many guests expressed dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of rooms and public areas, as well as with the quality of service provided by staff. Some also mentioned issues with outdated facilities and extra charges for amenities like parking. Overall, while the location and some amenities are valued, improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.
