Pros (+) Very close to Khao San Road but not noisy, good price, comfortable beds. Walking distance from many restaurants and stores.
Cons (-) Not the cleanest, bugs in the room, staff not friendly. Basically this place is a classic "you get what you pay for." The rooms are very basic but not the best, but the location is good and the price is a good value so this place is good for young travelers looking for a cheaper place to stay in the middle of a fun area.
