Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, especially for shopping and market access, and many mention the staff as helpful and accommodating. However, there are significant concerns about cleanliness, with multiple reports of musty smells, dirty rooms, and unsatisfactory housekeeping. Amenities such as air conditioning, elevators, and other facilities are frequently described as broken or below standard. Safety is also a concern, with mentions of lost items, maintenance hazards, and issues with emergency exits. Overall, while the location and staff are highlights, improvements are needed in cleanliness, amenities, and safety.AI-generated from customer reviews
