Most guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, bed comfort, and value for price, citing dirty rooms, old or uncomfortable beds, and poor maintenance. Negative experiences with staff and service were common, including communication issues and lack of helpfulness. The lack of an elevator and basic amenities was also repeatedly mentioned.
