Guests consistently praised the hotel for its excellent cleanliness, friendly and helpful service, and quiet yet central location, making it ideal for exploring the city while enjoying a peaceful stay. Many appreciated the comfortable beds and the overall value for price. Some minor drawbacks mentioned included issues with breakfast availability, occasional noise from plumbing, and small bathrooms, but these did not significantly detract from the overall positive experience.
