Location is superb, the front desk officers were freindly and speaking proper English (unlike other boutique hotels we ever stayed in Bangkok), the room was spacious and clean (ours was deluxe)
The lift was super tiny, only fits max 2 person with cabin luggages, I don't think it will fits 2 person with 30kgs luggages

The good: close to terminal 21 shopping mall. However, the mall itself is boring apart from the food court at level 5 which offers a variety of Thai food at bargain prices.
The ugly: - aircon leaking (room 624) - rooms separated to 2 buildings. Not one main building - shower pipe spoiled, if you use the rain shower the water will spray around (room 624) - hairdryer broken. This is totally no acceptable. One could have died from electrocution. - tuk tuk outside only for decoration,
