Pros (+) Had a really nice time. The shuttle picked us up right away and is available 24 hours. The place was very clean and they helped bring our luggage up. Staff was kind and courteous despite their English being limited. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Pros (+) 1. They contacted me about my hotel shuttle 2. Breakfast was great 3.help set up a great excursion 4.reserved taxi service on request 5. Spoke fluent English 6. Carried luggage to and from room (because of the stairs) 7. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area 8. They have little note cards to give to taxi drivers on how to get back to the hotel, no need to explain where the hotel is at...
Cons (-) Walking up the stairs was a unique experience The hotel is in an odd location and super easy to miss if you don't have gps on.(honestly no different than finding some of those boutique hotels in San Francisco) It is not close to any major restaurants so you need to taxi to the mall down the street to get food (about 10 mins away by taxi)
