Location was good if you like that type of area, I paid 1550 THB for the executive room which is around £40. For that kind of money in BKK you can get a hell of a lot better.
The beds are like stones and are really small, the view from the window was another hotel wall around 1mtr away and the air con was not great.

Air Conditioning not working/ not cool. Request assistance from receptionist, they come up to the room just simply press the button on remote which we as guest off cause know how to operate an air cond. Then try request for 2nd room key so that we can leave the air conditioning on even not occupied but get rejected. Request to change room as it is too hot, however the room left over is just short time room. All room downstairs are reserved for hookers. Stay on 5th floor which already is the best room available, however the service is poor.
