Very nice staff and helpful staff. Room was ready one hour before check in. Business center helped us print one page, for a tour ticket. Helpful concierge, calling taxis and opening doors when arriving. Nice big rooms with big balcony, we got a free upgrade to river view, it was very beautiful. Exceptional breakfast, expensive but worth it. Very nice and big pool with great view. 7-eleven and Starbucks within 50 meters from hotel. Hotel provides free shuttle boats to taphan taksin, where you can take another normal boat or the train. So it doesn't feel that far away.
Got cleaning twice a day, but vertical surfaces not clean. Far away from the city centre. Hotel not on the citymap of Bangkok. Slow elevators No sink in the bathroom. Checkout bill was incorrect three times.
