The location. The waiters and cleaners are very nice.
The "superior" rooms are very small. They only have the luxury and the superior so I don't know what they are "superior" too. They should just be standard. You are paying a high premium for the location. There are two bars and a restaurant which is busy and quite noisy at night. The singers are dreadful and the drinks prices outlandish. The reception staff are very surly. The bathroom is VERY small.

Beautiful location directly across from Royal Palace. Ferry stops are on either side of hotel, a five minute walk. Plenty of food options around hotel. Staff was very friendly, always helpful from opening doors to arranging tours and rides. Views from rooftop bar and Riverview rooms are fantastic. Highly recommended.
A little difficult to get to but that is more cab driver's problem.

Location just in Wanglang market and within a short walk to the pier. Also the market has various kinds of interesting food and stuffs. Love to wander around!!
There are noise from outside even you stay in the room.
