What can I say? Hard to go wrong with Best Western, only wish that it was more centrally located but it did a great job for where it was!

Pros (+) We were travelling with an infant and cockroaches in the room was the last thing I could ask for. Highly disappointing. Everything else can be ignored but 3 cockroaches no way.

Pros (+) The staff was friendly, and the hotel was close enough to downtown Baltimore without being IN downtown Baltimore. The free shuttle was helpful and runs to the Inner Harbor, so that we were able to sightsee without having to drive ourselves and hunt for parking.
Cons (-) Everything was out of order: the hot tub, the sauna, several stalls and sinks in the lobby restrooms... Our room also had a severely crooked picture that I tried to fix, only to find out it was crooked due to a broken bracket and had a nail attached to it. I spent a good couple minutes trying to hang it back in its crooked spot! The couch in our room was also stained, and the hair dryer bag just h...
