Hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful beyond all prior hotel experiences anywhere. It was not just friendly greetings and such but real help which helped to make our stay in Baku extra good. Breakfast was good also.
Our room had a bit problematic air conditioning, because the control panel in the room did not work. Luckily the staff did good job in adjusting it without delay when we asked it, but it would of course been better if we could have done it for ourselves.

This is my second stay here; which a friend of mine stayed here previous week as I recommended it to him. Still the best hotel in my opinion. Why? Easy check-in, easy check-out. Helpful staff, Elken, Mukhtar and the girl sorry I forgot her name she was nice and helpful to the most. Admiral felt like home. A hotel where you can trust and have peace of mind. Markets are around, a nearby great restaurant called Nakhash. Breakfast is good and they do ironing and laundry services in-situ very fast. These people work hard so that you feel you are home. I always say, hotels aren’t about distance or price. It’s always about attitude and comfort.
