Pros: Everything was really nice. Cool vibe to the place.
Cons: Bathroom in room overlooking pool very small. If you're dinner for mosquitoes may not be for you.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great place! Nice very convenient rooms with modern bathrooms. Very clean! Nice pool. Breakfast is served on a little "island". Very friendly & helpful staff. Bikes can be rented. Good location, between center & temples. To be recommended!
9.6 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Basically the perfect place to stay. Owner is super nice, the place is perfect, I just loved it!
Cons: The place is supposed to be no smoking place but some were smoking during breakfast... Make sure everyone follow the rule!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is an absolute gem! Comfortable rooms with everything you need - fridge, water, tea/coffee, hairdryer, plenty of hot water. The room was absolutely spotless as where the grounds. We stayed in two ground floor rooms next to the pool, which meant we could sit on our terrace and watch the kids play in the pool. The owner is fantastic and very helpful - a really lovely man. The communal area is set on the pond - take the time to sit around and enjoy the tranquility and beauty - there's even an old style computer game to keep any gamers happy! The breakfast is very good and again everything is immaculately laid out. The owner arranged a tuk tuk to take us on a temple tour and we also arranged a boat trip through him and our onward transports to Sai Yok too - all at a good price. You can walk down to the main road to where there are a few restaurants - Burinda was our favourite. Ayutthaya is a quiet town in the evening so go out to eat early, the side streets are very quiet after dark, so arrange your tuk tuk home from the restaurant if you don't want to walk back.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly host, nice and quiet atmosphere. You can take a delicious breakfrast on the terrace in the middle of this nice pond garden. Coffee is also very good.

Staff is very nice, breakfast is good. It is nice to enjoy a swim after visits. It's also possible to rent bike directly at the hotel -very convenient.

Cons: All. Excellent location, excellent service. Polite staff, familiar approach and super good customer care. I regret I didn't stay longer. I shall come back.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The room is spacious albeit the common space outside is relatively narrower. The bed and the sheet are super comfortable to sleep in. The breakfast to be enjoyed with the peaceful view of the ruins is quite a treat! Like the bathroom sink being installed outside the bathroom, very convenient.
Cons: All in all, fairly adequate accommodation for Ayutthaya standards. Merely a personal observation: the bathroom would be made so much more appealing if it was decorated in a single pattern (instead of the current mixture of four different colourful tiles ;-)
9.2 Excellent
Pros: It was nice and relaxing, the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Joe, he was awesome! Breakfast was good. If you want to see temple ruins, best to rent a tuk tuk, the staff arranged one for us for just 200 baht per hour and it was perfect, had a great time!
Cons: It was a bit remote, not much to see or do around the property. They offer free bikes to ride which is nice, but the bikes are older and a bit hard to ride.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: very peaceful and shadowed place, 10' walk from the historical park very helpful owners good breakfast

The place is nice , clean and quiet you can rent the bike (50 Baht /day) from the hostel as well and it's worth it to ride the bike all over the town.

Pros: The location was close to temples and a few good restaurants in the old part of town (the Malakor a block away at the corner was excellent!) The owner was very helpful in getting us a tuk tuk so we could get around town.
Cons: The bathroom was tiny and dark and had open air windows (with mesh so no bugs could get in). It got quite hot unless the bathroom door was kept closed.

Pros: The location is very convenient, very close to the beginning of the temple area. If you are vegan, there are a few vegan friendly restaurants nearby also. The owner of the house is so, so friendly. They also provide bicycles free of charge. Room was very clean and comfortable. No complaints.
6.3 Good
Cons: I have just stayed in a hotel in Phitsanoluk for 3 nights which cost me slightly more than 1 here. I also had breakfast included in that price. I was expecting off street parking and perhaps a swimming pool at the price. I had other friends staying elsewhere in Ayuttaya who paid far less and received more in return.

Pros: I really liked the hotel grounds. Feels like you are in your own little forest world. The rooms were big and clean. The air con worked great. The bed was comfy. Staff spoke English. Gated parking for cars and my bike. Nice little restaurant.

7.1 Good
Pros: The owners and staff working there were very friendly and helpfull. The food they prepared was outstanding... The hotel is a short walking and cycling distance from the old historical centre...otherwise a tuk-tuk is a great alternitave...
Cons: We had a room where the aircon couldn't be regulated properly. Looking at safety point: taking a shower with a waterheater next to you where it shows IP21 on the heater...

7.9 Good
Pros: The breakfast was amazing. The staff treats everyone extremely well and fair. Food came super fast and well prepared, delicious and absolutely clean fruit. 100%
Cons: The fares for the taxis from the location outward were double of anywhere else in town The motorbike rental was more expensive then anywhere else in two as well. They have over head so overall I understand, but the tuk tuks were expensive for no reason.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We got a nice room with a cute view. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. AC works perfectly and we slept really well. In terms of functionality, we got everything we needed. Some facilities may not be available in the room, but we just had to ask the front desk. That being said, the staff here is such a genuinely kind person! She would help and assure that your stay is trouble-free. We even had a free ride to Wat Mahathat. Make sure that you also try the Mom's delicious cooking! Our stay here was definitely the highlight of Thai hospitality!!
Cons: Barely any really. If anything, we could hope for more electrical outlets although we should have probably asked for an extension cable which they might happily provide us.
9.2 Excellent
Cons: The owner is very nice and helpful and room is new and clean .its just need a bit work to find those temples and sites
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were nice and spacious The receptionist was super helpful and nice and always friendly The outdoor area was very nice

Cons: I didn't have a bad experience. Yeah but still! The first night, until late at night, other guests were talking very loudly! But this is not the fault of the accommodation!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Kind staff, good facilities, free coffee/tea and snacks. Clean room and comfortable beds. The hotel has a nice atmosphere.

Pros: The hostel and its rooms have a rustic charme. Showering is a bit of a mess because there is no seperate shower, the toilet and sink are in the same small room. But to me, this is no problem. The hostel is nearby Wat Mahathat and Wat Ratchaburana, just maybe five minutes walking distance. A 7-eleven is just one minute away around the corner.
Cons: There was loud music and karaoke from the neighbourhood, but we could not find out if it was a bar or a private party.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked it all. Top class!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Moved to this Hotel / Service Apartment after staying one night at the nearby Dumpy "Ayutthaya Grand Hotel" which was utterly a nightmare out of 1985.. At this Kameo I found modern, sleek and comfortable lodging. Breakfast is very good on Quality and Selection. Once I arrived and checked in, I felt comfortable and I did enjoy my short visit. I would stay here again in the future if I am back in this area of the world.
Cons: Do not expect coffee in the Room, there is a Coffee Pot but the Facility does not seem to provide coffee or tea that you often find in other places with similar prices.
6.3 Good
Pros: The kitchenette was useful.
Cons: The meals in the restaurant were small. One of the breakfast chefs became very irritated when my husband requested 2 eggs to be cooked as opposed to eating 2 that were sitting on a plate and had been for a while up at the egg station. One of the rooms had a terrible odour and the air conditioning kept turning off, making for a very hot night. To top it all off we were charged extra for a glass that my husband accidentally broke.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great very clean hotel with a nice pool and gym. Very moderate pricing for such a hotel. Rooms are great with a good kitchen and fridve.
Cons: Has a good restaurant but unfortunately not a bar for an evening drink.

Cons: Reception staff was bad. Her name is TUI. She had a strong English accent,it was heard to lessening.... She said “tea””three” How I can understand three service/tea service.....Totally different mean.... I couldn’t understand her information then she was annoyed us and she said “do you know tea!?”We thought that what??? She said tea... But I didn’t argue with her because I really wanted to enjoy stay there.. But her service was really rude... If she is not working there I definitely chose 5 stars...

Pros: Location
Cons: Air conditioning and noisy staff from 0615

Pros: Beautiful boutique hotel, spacious room, very good restaurant, best ice cream/sorbet of thailand
Cons: Room without a terrace
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Yes and yes
Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We stayed at Sala Ayutthaya for four nights, 27 to 30 August 2019. We selected the hotel based on online reviews and were not disappointed. The hotel is nicely situated alongside the Chao Phraya River – yes, the same one that runs through Bangkok. You have a lovely view from the dining area across the river to the temple on the other side. The rooms are nice. The floors are of concrete but quite comfortable. All in all the room was quite comfortable and we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Make sure you visit the rooftop bar for evening cocktails and great views over the river towards the temple on the other side. Parking can be quite a hassle, especially if there is an event at the hotel. We were lucky that we were not parked in on the day we left for the airport at 5AM – that could have been seriously annoying. In terms of functions at the hotel – on our first night there was a LOUD function that went on until 10PM. I fail to understand how the hotel can have loud functions until that hour of the evening when the rooms are just a few steps away. After a long day of seeing Ayutthaya the last thing you want is to be disturbed by loud music. To be fair, they did say the music would stop at 10PM and in fact it did. There was one other night (two of four in total) in which there was music that could be heard from the room. Breakfast is good in that you have a choice of a buffet breakfast or an a-la-carte breakfast, or both. Make sure you save some bread to feed the fish in the river – they will go crazy for the bread and you will get some good holiday videos. We were even offered a breakfast box on the day of our early departure to Bangkok – a nice touch. The bathroom (toilet) door in the room in which we stayed (Number 3) did not close properly. All in all we enjoyed our stay at Sala Ayutthaya and would consider it again should we return to the area.
Cons: Loud music coming from the dining area. The toilet door in Room 3 does not close properly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious and stylish
Cons: There’s a smell of wall painting in the guest room
7.9 Good
Pros: Great location, design, rooms, staff. The view from the restaurant.
Cons: The service at the restaurant was very slow and the breakfast was average.
7.1 Good
Pros: Sala faces the river and enjoys a prime view over temples. Highlights are the contemporary exterior design of the building and its restaurant overlooking the river.
Cons: Rooms are spacious but you can tell the owner spent little money on the interiors. We could hear the doors closing very loudly from neighboring rooms. This could easily be fixed. Pools are ridiculously small and there is no gym. Generally speaking the Sala is overpriced compared to high end hotels in Bangkok. The venue is clearly taking advantage of its location and its near monopoly as a 4 star hotel in Ayutthaya to charge high prices.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Several of yr selections simply don't work. Frustrating experience
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Beautiful views of temples. Own boat docking pier. Fabulous food and staff. DVD player in room so could watch own movies. Staff called a tuk tuk for me to visit temples for day very good. Staff also organised a boat for a sunset tour where I feed fish and watched elephants come to bathe. Nightly turn down service brings you tea. Best welcome drink and sweets ever.
Cons: Pool more like a plunge pool so small. Patio door didn’t close properly so a lot of mosquitoes in room. Front door had a 2 cm gap on bottom allowing mosquitoes in.

4.2 Okay
Pros: bed is big
Cons: seriously the parking system need to be improved and manage properly. It is crowned. No staff responsible for. Dirty with left out stuff like old chair and wooden stuff l. Dark and dirty.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stayed in the top floor suite and it was excellent. quiet and cosy with aksess to the executive lounge.
Cons: It was a very busy weekend and a bit difficult to find a parking space.
4.6 Okay
Pros: The rooms are spacious. It's located bin the city center. The shower was ok. Most of the staff was friendly.
Cons: It's located next to a very noisy highway and the windows are very thin so it's really loud in the room. The rooms are old. They've put two twins together as we wanted a double bed. That is fine but they gave us 1 twin bed sheet for the 2 of us so my husbands feet wouldn't be covered. He ended up extending the blanket with a towel. The sofa is the most uncomfortable sofa ever. The room didn't smell nice. The breakfast wasn't great. The juices were all very hot. The egg station guy wasn't friendly. It's too expensive for the quality.
7.9 Good
Pros: Location was good for us with a car. Breakfast was excellent
Cons: All good. Would return
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clean and well appointed room with a good set of amenities. On-premise restaurant is reasonable priced.
Cons: Request none-smoking room but given smoking room without justifiable reasons. We finally get a none-smoking room after quite a communication.

They also have lounge there where you can get water, coffee and complimentary ice. - Breakfast is also nice and variety. - Worth your money. Very comfortable and feel like you are at your own apartment. I wish I could stay longer.
Cons: - View from the room is just okay.

7.1 Good
Pros: Food is tasty.
Cons: The dress of the staff is not polite and not professional.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We liked that it was a homestay and it was quite a quirky place with lots of greenery. The fact the restaurant was underneath the house was great and the owners were fantastic and happy to help. The massage facility was great and very good value. They also had lots of cats of varying ages which was very cute.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: -All the lovely cats sleeping or walking near you. -kind host and well organised The magnificence of the garden -The beautiful eating and relaxing place, with his nice ambiance of natural style. Very confortable sofa. -The beds are very good.
Cons: - The weird confection of the bathroom. The shower flush directly on the toilets... - A lot of mosquito. The reason maybe the garden. - Host a little to much present. Ask if we want massage to often. - Our room could have some curtain missing... The one missing just in front of the bed is not very great if you come in couple. - Nights are cold... Maybe add some blanket in the room was a good idea.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The plants and tree ... Rooms feel like home
Cons: Many mosquitoes!
8.8 Excellent

5.0 Okay
Pros: The home stay is very cheap and wood made furnitures are really Thai

10.0 Excellent
Pros: 1) Very helpful and friendly staff. Phil was especially attentive and responsive. 2) Charming property with much thoughts put into its interior decoration. 3) excellent location 4) good referral of tuk tuk driver and boat cruise 5) very relaxing sitting area with free flow of water and hot beverages
Cons: Nothing at all!
6.7 Good
Pros: Lovely gardens Comfortable room Wifi was good Located near a nice restaurant 300 m away for river dining Bike hire just around the corner from a lovely old couple Very clean room and relaxing area Office staff spoke English The cleaning and gardening staff do a great job
Cons: Staff weren’t particularly welcoming or friendly during our 3 night stay. They never went out of their way to say hello or ask how our day was. Cats in my breakfast ~ I don’t like trying to have breakfast and having the owner’s many cats jumping on the table or into my breakfast. I couldn’t relax. Staff seemed oblivious to this every morning and it happened to other guests too. Not sure what happened on checkout but our tuk tuk ordered for us the night before to take us to the mini bus station, never showed up. There was no one around in the morning to check if the booking had been made. Luckily we’re resourceful and walked to the main road and flagged one down at half the price. There’s plenty about in the morning.
4.7 Okay
Pros: Clean, helpfull staff, room was smaller then expected, quiet area. Not ideal for someone who would like to go for a drink in the evening since all bars are located at the other side of town.
Cons:

6.7 Good
Pros: comfortable bed.
Cons: tv channels poor. 16 channels 2 english. wi-fi terrible continually dropping out
7.1 Good
Pros: A close walk with luggage from train station but far from sites so hire a tuck tuck for 800 baht for 3 hours to see it all
Cons: Had the Thai massage in the room. Not a good idea. Girls were not really happy about doing it and glad when it was over. Had phones calls during treatment and did two massages on one bed...so very crowded...don’t bother...find a spa.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I have become a regular here ! Every year !
Cons: N/A
7.1 Good
Pros: Breakfast was very good
Cons: The hotel is not suitable for older people as it lacks handrails for people such as myself who have balance problems and do not walk well. The room we were given had a high sided bath, instead of a walk in shower, as I had problems getting in to the bath, when wishing to take a shower. Also the bath fittings looked very old fashioned.
7.9 Good
Pros: Overall, the hotel is good.
Cons: The smoking floor (4th), is not well ventilated. Suggest windows in the room can be opened so that fresh air can circulate.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice restaurant view by the water. Music was ok.
Cons: Nothing was in the "unlike" category.
7.9 Good
Pros: Breakfast is amazing
Cons: Beds and pillows old and not to good
5.0 Okay
Pros: There is nothing I could say to recommend this hotel.
Cons: The staff were terribly indifferent. Nobody would say hello except the housekeeping staff. Most staff looked like they wanted to be elsewhere. Breakfast was terrible. It’s like eating in a cold dungeon. The staff once cleaned up our plates before we finished and the the breakfast service was not over for another 30 minutes. Half the gym equipment was out of order with broken cables, worn mats. It only opens at 2pm. So many people prefer to work out in the morning. This was a real inconvenience. I could go on, but don’t want to spend my time with this review. We were just happy to leave.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was excellent overlooking pool and garden was lovely to sit and have a drink
Cons: Can't think of anything
6.7 Good
Pros: Hotel was placed in convenient location not far from the Rail Station and the Old Ayutthaya city. Rooms were communicating as requested and we got an early check in and were offered a late check out till 2 PM.
Cons: We expected to have a proper Italian restaurant, but that wasn't at all. Had dinner in the garden restaurant and the Suchi wasn't fresh at all.

Cons: I don’t like the staff there, especially the driver. I asked him to drop me off around taxi station in the island and he said “NO !! I’m busy” but i saw him do nothing. And about breakfast wasn’t good also my friends and I could smell bad thing from the breads.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: A great place where to stay. A funny and original wooden architecture. The staff was great and helped us in everything. Mister Ton overall. Our 3 kids didn't want to go away!
Cons: Everything was great
7.9 Good
Pros: This is an extraordienary hotel! I have seen nothing like it before. Very nice, and we would like to visit it again! The room was big and very nice. Good bed. To walk around in the hotel was very fun. Very much to see, and surprises everywhere.
Cons: Breakfast. It tried to be an English one, without much success. No cleaning of the room during our stay. (Two nights) We had to ask for clean towels. A litle difficult to communicate with the staff in English, but the were very friendly.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is like hidden gem, the rooms are clean and comfort. It makes us feel like stay in a jungle and back to nature. The hotel is unique in decoration, it makes you either love it or hate it. But we enjoy the stay here. The owner is kind and helpful. The breakfast is damn awesome and the coffee is also nice.
Cons: Just hate the mosquitoes. hehe

Cons: The bathroom was substandard and a bit dirty.

3.8 Mediocre
Pros: No Comments
Cons: Too far away from the citi
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The bed is an international 5 star hotel standard, very firm and extremely comfortable. Blanket is done in a very professional way. 2 types of pillows are available in the room, soft and firmer ones. spacious rooms with a good size balcony with comfortable wooden chairs and small table.
Cons: Nothing.
6.7 Good
Pros: Nice hotel with good facilities. I’d give overall 7 for this place as there’re rooms for improvement.
Cons: 1. The coffee mug in my room was dirty with a lipstick stained, apparently not mine. 2. The tissue paper in the toilet was always stained, looked like blood stain or something. These 2 dirts I found made me feel uncomfortable in using any other hotel facilities as I don’t feel confident if they’re cleaned and properly change before I checked in. 3. Staffs were not well-trained. I’ve called Reception to ask if they have a toothbrush, as I couldn’t find in the toilet. The guy who took my phone insisted they have it set in the toilet even I said many times I couldn’t find it in the toilet. He dropped the call for around 30 minutes to call back and said the hotel ran out of a toothbrush without offering any solution. I asked if they have one that I could buy so he sent me one to the room. I went check out the morning after and the one who did my check out didn’t even check that I’ve 30 baht pending to pay for the toothbrush. He just kept telling me I could go after o handed him the keys.... what a service!

7.1 Good
Pros: Quiet place and peaceful area with tropical garden. America breakfast was all right. Staffs really helpful and full of smile. the house is really beautiful showing a Thai house style back to the past 400 years ago of Ayutthaya previos.
Cons: The mattress was so hard that is one thing let the place really down. We couldn't sleep. They have very nice premises be nice if they have a nice Thai restaurant by the river.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Natural environment is good to relax and good to be able to stay at Traditional house.
Cons: Staff/reception is not so nice as she should be and staff who took care of cleaning the room did not clean well in toilet and found some dirty on pillows and bed sheets. There is some dust dropped from the roof.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Very far location, nice houses, exactly like the pictures.
Cons: We were in love with till we layed after a long trip in the bed. Was literally wood, no mattress or anything. We left the accommodation within 20 minutes of been there. Also make sure you have the mosquito repellent with you if you want to survive.
7.1 Good
Pros: This hotel offers typical thai bungalows. The place is so lovely and on the border of the Kwai river. Very beautiful olace
Cons: A bit far from downtown but it doesn t really matter. The rooms are very basic but it is also the charm of this place!
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: Some nice plants around the bungalows
Cons: too old and not well maintained. rooms are not bad, but no charme at all (old fridge, old bathroom), dirty linen, dirty bathroom, horrible hard beds, everything looks used and shabby).
5.0 Okay
Pros: The Staff was nice
Cons: The Matress was horrible, located far from town
5.8 Okay
Pros: Remote surrounding beautiful environment, tranquil and scenic. Off the beaten track and very traditional. The views are amazing, next to the river and stunning sunrises. Private little homes with a lovely vibe. Tuktuk driver 'Umm' was amazing. 1200 baht to drive us wherever we wanted all day, visited any temples we wanted, went for food, went to a shopping center and all the time he was waiting outside for us, letting us take our time. Local elephant's nearby, but they are chained up and used to be ridden on. Please don't fuel this terrible tradition. The poor creatures deserve better, you can visit the elephant non riding sanctuary where they have been rescued from abuse. The locals are very friendly and welcoming. Has moderate Wi-Fi which was an unexpected bonus
Cons: No food, other than a poor and small breakfast and as its remote you are pretty stuck. Have to get tuck tuck or taxi to Ayutthaya for any food and there aren't many restaurants. Must bring your own transport and must bring food! Staff are polite but don't speak English, not informative and rarely about. On Friday nights the opposite place over the river had an awful and loud badly sung karaoke night playing for about 6 hours till 2am. This disrupts the peace and ruins the point of going somewhere so far away and tranquil. Very over priced for what you get. No hair dryer, no kettle. No clean towels, very poor pressure shower, mattress is very hard (although didn't mind this personally) bikes for hire are from the 1900's and not worth your health riding! There is a coffee machine near reception but it's awful. Basic facilities for the price. The resort is also locked up at night.
5.0 Okay
Cons: Bed. TV. Shower.

7.1 Good
Pros: Tony's place. "It is what it is". It's been there for many years. The location is in Soi Farang, and has 4 or 5 bars/restaurants within seconds walk of the Hotel. Stayed here a few times now for the location. The staff are very friendly and try their best to make your stay as good as they can.
Cons: The Hotel is a little dated and in need of a liitle TLC now. However "Tony" is approaching this with some modernisation on the external areas of the Hotel. Weather Tony and his team intend to concentrate on the rooms, I don't know, but would hope they do. It would improve this Hotel in a very positive light ..In my opinion..But a pleasurable stay.
4.6 Okay
Pros: Food in the restaurant was OK
Cons: Staff
7.9 Good
Pros: The authentic thai old wood and furnishings. Restaurant was very good and staff friendly and helpful. Tonys Place was recommended to me and I would happily recommend it further
4.6 Okay
Pros: This was a very cheap place to stay, cheapest of our entire 2 weeks in SE Asia. The pool was very nice to have after a long, hot day.
Cons: Although it was cheap, there are actually a lot of cheap homestays in Ayutthaya. We had a number of problems with our room. The biggest issue was probably the AC - we were told to only set it as low as 23 C (it goes down to 20). When we set it lower, the condensation was terrible. We put it back to 23 but it was dripping all night and it wasn't very powerful. It would take a good 10 min for the room just to cool down to the hallway temp. The lighting was really bad in our room, not at all like what the pictures show. There were 2 LED lights for the sink area but one was broken and the other was so dim we didn't even realize it was on! Not enough electrical outlets, and they're in inconvenient spots. The door lock is functional but it's literally a small padlock on the outside. There really isn't that much close by except a small mall. It's cheap, yes, but I was almost begging my mom to switch to another cheap hotel down the street after the first night, I found the weak AC unbearable. If you're a budget traveler, maybe you're ok with this, but I think the $15 homestays will be just as good.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Nice layout of the restaurant and pool area.
Cons: The massive rat that pooped all through my bag then ran up the stairs and along the wall to its home. The restaurant food and drinks were average at best. Some staff were not particularly friendly. Pool wasn’t clean.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nath is awesome ! Staff are excellent !
Cons: nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Khun Nat on reception gave us an upgrade to a better room All the staff that I met were fantastic
Cons: The air con didn't point at the bed Could do with a good deep clean
7.9 Good
Pros: Good hotel with a restaurant. Bars open until late nearby. Friendly staff. I did not have higher expectations as for a very short overnight stay.
Cons: TV was not working. Bed supposed to be moved away from the AC as it started dripping condensated water (which I pointed out the a member of staff for their attention). Did not use the pool as the water was emerald!

3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Good Wi-Fi connectivity.
Cons: It wasn't very clean at all don't look under the bed ! The shower door wasn't great and mould in the shower. My door didn't lock properly but that didn't seem a problem, it wasn't fixed and I wasn't moved. It's quite far from everything, you basically need transport ! Everywhere was so hot as if they didn't want to put the air con on. If you want to use the swimming pool be prepared to walk across the car park and into the gym before you even get there ! Your views will be waste land or a building.
7.5 Good
Pros: They have a work out facility with a pool! And balcony’s for each room (no view but nice fresh air). The staff was very friendly!
Cons: I do not think it was worth 800-1000 THB a night. The beds were not that comfortable and there wasn’t anything special to make it cost so much.
6.3 Good
Pros: The staff in the restaurant were helpful, Thai food was very good, my room was kept clean. Beer was cold. The hotel staff were also friendly and helpful, English is spoken but not fully but good enough to get by. Laundry was efficient.
Cons: The hotel looks nothing like publicity photos on the web site and also photos in the lifts in the hotel, its gone down hill. TV picture quality was poor, my room had a lounge and a small kitchen, the kitchen I would not use. At the pool there are no loungers to sit on only a handful of plastic chairs. Western food offered in the restaurant was either not available or poor quality, the worst steak I've ever had.
