The bar staff are lovely that’s about it

Within 12 hours off being there ants where everywhere in the room in the sink the bed in all our clothes and they was put away in the wardrobe, they moved us rooms but we couldn’t enjoy our holiday for the first 2 days as we was digging throw our clothes making sure no ants was there and moving rooms. The staff just passed the complaint to different people even the Manger was useless and he said it happens in Cyprus. He said the area manager will come see us but nothing, every time we seen him he would dodge us I wouldn’t stay there again absolutely useless, we paid £1400 for a ant riddled room and staff who couldn’t care less nice one! What they gave us for our troubles was a new room and they said they would give us all inclusive upgrade for free but we were already all inclusive so we got nothing bit off a joke really. Oh and the bar in the pool ain’t for the all inclusive you have to pay for that they don’t tell you this when you book, which I don’t get because you can get a drink from the side bar and take it to the pool, which I don’t get!!!
