Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's location and some find the rooms spacious and clean. However, there are widespread complaints about poor service, including unfriendly or unhelpful staff, slow check-in, and inadequate responses to issues. Breakfast and food quality often disappoint, with several guests noting it does not meet 5-star expectations. Cleanliness is also a concern in some areas, with reports of dirty carpets, bathrooms, and outdated facilities. Overall, while the setting and some amenities are appreciated, the service and food fall short for many guests.
