Positive things inside this hotel manager is a super guy understandable, we did mistake of reservation one extra day for 3 rooms and they canceled and gave back 100% of this money
I was disappointed about the staff so rude, facilities was closed no spa no massage nothing for five star hotel it’s not acceptable, food breakfast wasn’t super eggs cooking way was so horrible and plus bad smelling in the halls between going to elevator for rooms .... only from facilities gym was open ... pool was close ...

Breakfast didn't meet the standard of the 5 stars hotel. Old bread was served more than one time. Fruits as well wasn't very fresh. Poor choice of cereals and domestic products. Almost nothing to offer to an infant. Not hygienic serving of jam, yogurt and many other products so i was afraid that yogurt was touched by everyone and that the same yogurt was offered many times since it was in the big bowl. Once I've asked if they have bananas for my baby I got strict NO for an answer! In general I don't understand how this hotel is rated as a 5 stars hotel??? Many classic rooms are renovated a long time ago..... old furniture and if you look under the bed you will find a lot of dust. Not cool!!!

Nice hotel, good choice for different food at breakfast. Great location next to Nissi beach. Nice spacious rooms. Lot of pools plus 2 slides for children. Not far from city center where you can have delicious authentic cypriotic dinner.
Poor food at Vitaminas Pool bar (you can get much cheaper and better food across the street at Zorbas). Cleaning ladies speaking very loud at the hallway - seemed like it took them almost the whole day to clean the rooms in one wing.
