Appreciated the customer service. Staff helped with easy directions to Eden Park using public transport. They also helped me mail some international post. The bed was comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. However- our room also had a bathtub, but it had a leak so I couldn’t really enjoy a bath. The breakfast was included in our package- huge selection. Pros (+) Staff was exceptional. Bed was one of the most comfortable that we have evert slept in. Breakfast was good.
Cons (-) It is very slightly out of the way, but they have a complementary shuttle to take you into the action. About a half mile to a mile away.
