Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near popular spots and appreciated the spaciousness of the rooms. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, mold, wet carpets, and pest problems. Service was also criticized, with reports of unresponsive staff and maintenance delays. While some found the rooms comfortable and the value fair, the overall experience was often marred by poor cleanliness and inconsistent service.
