Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the hotel's value for money and central location near public transport. However, many express strong concerns about the surrounding neighborhood, citing safety issues, visible drug use, and homelessness, which negatively impact their overall experience. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding rooms spotless and others reporting issues such as bedbugs or poor hygiene. While the hotel is considered adequate for short stays and offers basic comfort, the problematic location and safety concerns are recurring themes.
