The staff were very friendly and did everything to help us have an enjoyable stay in the hotel and in Arequipa. We booked a day trip through them which was amazing. The rooms were spacious and very modern, well thought-through for guest comfort. The hotel is not in the centre but you can get there by taxi in 5min, and it’s quieter. Breakfast was also very good!
The beds were super comfy but the pillows a bit hard, so a broader selection would be desired. An in-room heating control would also be nice as it gets a bit chilly at night. Everything else was great!
