The gardens ar beautiful, and the main reason we chose the hotel. Coming from Minnesota in January, colorful plants are a necessity! The hotel is an historic colonial house, interesting. We arranged a pickup from the airport through the hotel. The car was clean and fairly new, the driver on time and personable. When we left, our shuttle was very late picking us up, and the staff made several phone calls for us. We would stay here again.
The beds were pretty hard.
It's a beautiful hotel and it's centrally located which makes it easy for my visitors.
The night desk attendant got our rooms and bills switched. I reserved a "double room, double bed" which ended up being very deceiving for me when we got a single room with three beds...
The location and the courtyard!
Everyone was helpful always with a smile.
Location is perfect, facilities were gorgeous
Staff was unhelpful, they were eager to book us on a tour to Volcano Pacaya, they wouldn’t share the name of the guide or but they told us we should plan tell us the name of the guide or if we should bring our own breakfast, so we packed all this stuff when it turned out we didn’t need any of it. A few other instances like that which added to my frustration.
