Atelya Art Hotel

We booked 2 standard rooms for our family in the hotel. The evening before arriving there was a call from reception which offered us a suite instead of 2 rooms. We accepted. The suite seems nice: charming, large, with a kitchen. But after the check-in it appeared that it’s rather dirty: the food crumbs on the sofa, ice cream stick and pieces on the bedside table, fat spots on the table and on the stove and finally one of the doors, covered with big spots of something white (yogurt, I guess). These things were noticed not at once, but a couple of hours later, we shared our «wonder» with the reception. They were sorry for the situation. Next morning we were offered to have a cleaning in the room, but by this time we cleaned those items ourselves and refused. During 4 days stay, there was no change of towels, bed linen (once we asked for another sheet, it waited for us before the front door), no cleaning. The breakfast was nice. The location great. The manager was very nice and polite. The WiFi disappeared from time to time. Most of the stuff didn’t say “hello”, when we said “hello” to them. Our stay was the final part of a big trip, so we were pretty tired for searching for another hotel or for any kind of quarrel. But I don’t think this attitude is a good way of behavior towards the guests.
