Summary of reviews
Guests say
Many guests were disappointed with the hotel's service and cleanliness, citing issues such as unfriendly or untrained staff, neglected housekeeping, and poor hygiene in rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast was also a common point of dissatisfaction, with complaints about limited options, cold food, and lack of replenishment. While a few reviews mentioned positive aspects like location or amenities, the overall sentiment was negative due to the failure to meet expected standards for a four-star hotel.AI-generated from customer reviews
