Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, finding it close to venues and destinations of interest. However, the overwhelming majority of reviews expressed serious concerns about cleanliness, with many citing dirty rooms, stained bedding and carpets, mold, pests, and unpleasant odors. Service received mixed feedback, with some guests finding staff helpful and others experiencing unhelpful or absent staff. The pool was often reported as closed or out of order, and several guests found the beds uncomfortable or worn out. Overall, while the location is a highlight, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and maintenance.
