Was led to believe that this hotel was close to the US embassy. It was not. Rough terrain made it very difficult to walk. Taxi was a must. However, it is a very nice hotel and I would stay there again.

The location was optimal.
There was nothing impressive about the interior of this hotel. It wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. Their breakfast was super basic, their staff barely spoke English, and the finishes were definitely missing. What makes matters worse is that it's right across from the Hilton hotel which is much nicer than this one.

The staff, I would say made a big difference. They are very courteous and they exerted extra effort to assist us on our travel to Kapadokya. The location is excellent, definitely should be a preferred hotel in every visit to Ankara.
Not much of an issue but the blanket is quite small. We got used to blankets wider than the be itself.
