Staff were extremely friendly and showed excellent organisational skills, breakfast was good, hotel was comfortable.
tea and coffee in the room. no mini bar. room was looked after but balcony was not.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They even allowed us to leave our rental car in their garage during our trip to Ilha Grande. The trip to the beach with the shuttle was also great.

I stayed at hostels better than this. Dirty, even found a dead bug on the hotel soap. Sheets were thin, pillows and bed hard worse than a hospital's. The sauna was broken, the tv in the room was broken, the pool water was murky and dirty, the "included parking" was street parking in a dangerous neighborhood and we 15 people were held hostage by drug dealer just weeks before. No security at all. The room had no safe and when we asked for the things the property said they provided we were responded with hostility and the owner who was there didn't seem to care how about the complaints and how poorly things were going. I will NEVER go back. Wish I could get my money back.

Very clean hotel and friendly staff. Very convenient to have lunch and dinner buffet for reasonable price.
No soundproof at all. Big crowd in the breakfast area. No cups, plates, cutleries in the apartment. We've received it by request only.
