There were NO internet connection in our room number 309, staff didn't pay any attention on our complaint. On the Check out staff of the hotel were trying to charge us additional 12 euro for water and coca-cola that we didn't order.

We had to wait for the staff on the restaurant for so long I actually had to get up myself to order they didn’t seem bothered
