Pros (+) Fitness room was acceptable. Front desk staff was friendly.
Cons (-) Room was not clean enough. I found leftover food in the cupboard and cabinets were not wiped down as well as should be expected during a pandemic. Not enough cooking utensils or cleaning products provided. Overall, the hotel is in bad need of a makeover.
Pros (+) Traveling with 1 50# dog- very accommodating. Bed comfortable, kitchen adequately supplied for simple food prep

Pros (+) We typically choose this hotel because of the amenities: breakfast and pool. The rooms are also comfortable for our family of four at an affordable price.
Cons (-) Booked a stay-cation to enjoy the pool. Never informed that the pool was closed until AFTER we checked in and then it was a nightmare to cancel reservation and rebook. If the amenities list a pool, I expect the pool to be usable and not out of commission for months.
Pros (+) Enjoyed having our dogs be able to stay with us and not boarded. The two bedrooms and bathrooms were added bonus. The fireplace was romantic.
Cons (-) A first floor room would have been more convenient for pets.
