Pros (+) This hotel was slightly cheaper than other hotels in the area. It had free parking.
Cons (-) While the staff was well-intentioned the hall's look like they had not been renovated in many years. The room was on the smaller side for a suite hotel. Some people would say that it's in a bad neighborhood because it is near a shelter for homeless youth. That doesn't bother me. I would not stay here for more than one or two nights.
Cons (-) Was really disappointed with our stay. Had to pay for parking, was issued a parking pass but wasn't guaranteed a parking spot. the staff was rude and not helpful at all. The floors were dirty enough to turn my feet black. We stayed for two nights and didn't have room service. I went to front deck and the guy said the only clean the room if you stay for a week. So I could only get clean towles if I...

Pros (+) Good location. Comfortable. Although they tried to charge me twice which was very inconvenient because I'm still waiting on my refund to get back into my account.
