Pros: Close proximity to Disneyland, valet was very nice and helpful.
Cons: Felt like I was in a well dressed motel 6.. Like they just put lipstick on a pig. Price is too high compared to what you get im a room. Restroom was underwhelming. Shower pressure was awful.

Pros: Wonderful staff and great breakfasts for families.

Pros: Breakfast and dinner (certain nights) included
Cons: Parking not included but understandable given the location near Disneyland and not all guests have cars.

Pros: The cleanliness and comfortable setting. The staff is EXCELLENT, so kind and friendly. Our stay here fit our family needs and we are definitely returning.
Cons: The elevators were being serviced the entire time of my stay
Okay5.7
Pros: It was clean
Cons: The staff we came in contact with had an attitude of "you need us more than we need your business."

Clean and quiet room that was very spacious. Great rate and near a lot of restaurants and convenience stores.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Good value for the money. Great location. Nice parking facility. Friendly helpful staff.
Good7.9
I stay one month my comment is the staff are excellent very friendly. Coffee machine at the main lobby was not working most of the time. Room full cleaning was done once a week other day they only change towel and empty trash. sometimes they don,t come.
Excellent8.2
Pros: Fully stocked kitchen, clean room, great tv cable channels.
Cons: ice machine in lobby.
Excellent10.0
Pros: The decor
Cons: The camera in the room was a bit off-putting. It was hidden behind a black glass in the ceiling.... Weird
Okay4.8
Pros: Location
Cons: Had to make the sofa bed, nobody would come to make it and the sheets were not complete. Front desk lady couldn´t care less.
Good7.7
Cons: Window could open wide enough for an adult to fit through with only a screen. A child could easily fall through. This could easily be remedied if the window stop was installed in the correct spot.

Pros: The rooms were up to date and clean
Cons: Everything went great
Excellent10.0
Pros: My niece & i went to Disneyland at 11am it was apparent she was sick and was not going to make it until 3pm (check in at the hotel.) I called, they said they had 1 room available, I got there they had 2, more important the girl at check in was sympathetic, friendly & quick.
Cons: No price on the sign for the buffet breakfast
Excellent10.0
Pros: I liked accesability, facilities in general, and pricing.
Cons: paying for parking.
Good6.0
Cons: I was insulted with Room 148. We had a small child with us and this room was beyond unacceptable. I did not appreciate the "hipster/industrial" vibe it had going on. Had we been given a room w/carpet and a drop ceiling initially, this review would have been "good".
Excellent9.7
Pros: The hotel was very convenient, and very nice. It's close to the freeway, but that freeway noise isn't bad. The staff at the hotel was friendly- good, decent, polite people.
Cons: The one drawback the hotel is close to the parks, and the fireworks were very loud.
Excellent8.8
Pros: The room was very nice. Clean, big bed, spacious, good amenities. It had a nice big tv that was newer. The room was clean and well taken care of. Had a mini fridge, iron, hair dryer, mini coffee maker, and a small safe as well which was nice. The hotel as a whole was modern and cool looking. The restaurant and bar that are attached looked hip and good. The staff gave us the wifi info at check in without having to ask which was cool. The staff was very nice, helpful, and good. The valet was VERY quick and nice. Running to open the doors for us, sprinting to get the car, telling us when the shuttle left and was coming. Really awesome guys. The maids also did a great job. The walk to Disney wasn't huge (a half mile about) but by the end of the day is a bit tiring. Easily doable though we preferred the shuttle.
Cons: The bathroom could use an update. The shower was fair at best. Small and a bit older than the rest of the room with HORRIBLE water pressure. Probably the worse part of the room which shows it's pretty decent. The curtains closed but left a small gap in between them when shut since the sticks that pull them forced it to be there. The heater/ air conditioner was good but not the best.
Okay5.1
Pros: Location is walking distance to Disneyland.
Cons: Advertised 24 hour pool was closed without notice on website during our stay. Because this was the main reason I stayed here over other nearby places, I requested a voucher for breakfast, which I was given and appreciated. I was then scolded by staff for taking the wrong, hot breakfast and told that i was only entitled to bread and fruit.
Excellent8.5
Pros: This is a great hotel within walking distance to Disneyland and without all the costs of the Disney resort hotels. It's on the back side of the Disney park and you have to walk across a busy intersection but it's worth it due to the price. They were undergoing some renovations when we were there so it was a little messy but understandable. We'll be staying here again when all the upgrades are complete can't wait to see it.
Excellent8.8
Pros: our kids especially enjoyed the 24-hour pool and hot tub after 18 hours in Disneyland.
Cons: I didn't like that the soda machines and ice machines were all on the first floor. bring dollars for the machine.
Excellent8.2
Pros: Extremely close to the park, nice urban loft design (polished concrete floors, exposed ductwork ceilings etc...), nice pool and the palapa bar is fun.
Cons: It gets a little noisy at times, $10/day self parking (which they wait until you check out to tell you about) and the breakfast buffet is lackluster as well as overpriced.
Good6.8
Pros: Great location close to Disneyland. The decor and paint at the hotel looked like it had been recently upgraded, with mixed success. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but the amenities were pretty basic.
Cons: The pool was dirty; someone had thrown up in it, and it wasn't immediately addressed. The hotel was literally next to Interstate 5, and on our side of the building, facing the highway, there was a lot of traffic noise.
Excellent9.6
Pros: Room, pool and outside bar area were outstanding.
Cons: Lobby and attached restaurant were noisy with loud music.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Great location near disneyland, great pool, close to the airport.
Good6.2
Pros: 24 hour pool. Pool is nicely heated for night swimming. Beds are comfortable. Near Disneyland could see the fireworks at night from Disney.
Cons: Not enough amenities. Got a two bed room. Only got one coffee, one lotion, one shampoo and one conditioner. The tub needs to be fixed. The shower head was broken, the tub was chipped all over. Hair in the tub too. Didn't look clean. No bathroom mat, floors were wet.
Okay4.0
Pros: Walkable to Disney.
Cons: Highway sound too loud. Room was inconvinient with not enough draws and shelves. Bathtub was clogged with water draining too slow
Okay5.4
Pros: Location, due to being close to Disneyland
Cons: The room we had look good once you entered the room, but once looked over you'll notice it isn't dirty vents, bathtub water kept on running, spots on the wall and floor. Noisy, were located near the elevator and able to hear it go up and down. The housekeeping carts need quitter wheels going from room to room you can hear even From other floors.
Excellent9.0
Pros: The staff was really friendly and nice, the pool was beautiful and 24 hours. We really like how laid back the pool area was, fully stocked with towels we could help ourselves to and not having to worry about any time restrictions.
Cons: We had asked for a room that faces the pool since I read so much about the view of the fireworks and the pool. The staff was very nice and accommodating enough to let us switch rooms, however even though they gave us a room that faced towards the pool side area, the view from our one window actually faced a secluded hallway wall. Our room had very little natural lighting and was really depressing, I did not want to ask for another room change and also move all of our stuff again in the hot weather so we just dealt with it. But we were a little upset since it should have been obvious that we wanted a room with a view, and they should have figured that the end room that faces a hallway would not have any view at all. Also the refrigerator in our room was not cold enough for our baby's milk, we had to use an ice bucket inside the refrigerator.
Okay4.0
Pros: Close to Disneyland. Decent size room.
Cons: Water pressure wasn’t very good, water was lukewarm, tv in room didn’t work, and the freeway noise is particularly loud. Overpriced not worth the cost
Excellent9.4
Pros: Wonderful staff. Awesome pool with bar that you can watch the Disney fireworks from. Restaurant with great food right in the hotel. Walking distance to the park. Great price.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Jessica the bellgirl did an outstanding job of customer service all the while smiling and making us feel at home. KENNY in Valet parking was great as well. Clean and well kept.
Excellent8.8
Pros: The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. This hotel felt like a safe enviornment. Another plus is that we could see the Disneyland fireworks from our room.
Cons: The elevator was old and had a weird smell.
Good7.4
Pros: The staff is very attentive and speedy in their responses to requests. The facility was always being cleaned for a tidy appearance. The beds are comfortable. 24 hour hot tub and pool availability was nice. Walking distance to Disney about .75 mile walk.
Cons: Noise from I-5 highway. Those who clean the rooms skipped our room 4 of the 5 days we were there. The breakfast buffet seemed quite sparse for the $13 price point.
Excellent8.2
Pros: 0.4 miles from Disneyland with easy shuttle service. Reasonable rates for rooms. Good coffee bar and free WiFi.
Cons: Close to freeway so the sound of cars becomes white noise.
Excellent9.1
Pros: We loved relaxing in the heated pool and watching the fireworks from Disneyland. The walk to Disneyland was easy. Great location and the staff was excellent. Food at the hotel was good. Had a trouble free great time.
Excellent9.4
Pros: The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The price, compared to other hotels near Disneyland, is very good.
Cons: They can't help that they are located between a busy freeway and local 6 lane roadway. However, they provide earplugs, which we didn't use because the noise is easily negated by running the fan in the HVAC unit.
Mediocre3.7
Pros: Pool
Cons: Cleanliness of room/bathrooms Pounding on door in middle of night, and our room phone ringing at 4:00 AM!
Excellent10.0
Pros: I liked how close it was to Disneyland. I will definitely stay here again, except next time I'll try and get a better rate. Great bar and restaurant as well!
Good6.8
Pros: The proximity to Disneyland is just right for the person in need of saving a few pennies by not choosing a hotel directly across from Disneyland. The half a mile walk up and over the freeway was very safe, fast and practically effortless. The elevators were always fast, the valet friendly, the front desk was expedient
Cons: The beds were uncomfortable- the sheets and odd thick wool blanket under the "fitted sheet" made me sweat and toss and turn all night long. I thought it was just me but after a four night stay I noticed that the sheets don't fit the bed...the fitted sheet was just a flare sheet tucked carefully under the mattress so when you moved at any point in the night it would roll up and creep slowly up the bed...this is also how I discovered the disgusting wool blanket that didn't fit the whole bed but I'm pretty sure it's some barrier to protect the mattress. Due to the short sheeting of the bed I basically slept in this wool thing through the night. The tub faucet didn't just drop it leaked, the telescoping shower head was broken, our bathroom fan was non existent even though I could see it in the ceiling there was no switch, we had a lamp that didn't work, our tv didn't work for the first two days and when I called down to front desk they said hey we're sending someone- after two hours of waiting my friend and I decided to go to lunch. They also put us in a room overlooking the gas ration and Taco Bell when I requested a room with a view. The free upgrade I got to two queens was actually not a good idea- the king room is more spacious and probably has sheets that fit.
Okay5.0
Cons: This might be the loudest hotel I've ever stayed at. Motel-like rooms directly adjacent to I-5. Blaring and bad pop music in the lobby. I think they are trying to do something at this hotel, I'm just not sure what it is.
Okay4.0
Pros: The bed, area and bathroom was clean most importantly
Cons: You can hear the street from your room and the outside ac fan was load. I found the bathroom mirror area had a bit of lint just in the air . The room just doesn't feel cozy.
Good7.1
Pros: Close to Disneyland Great view of fireworks Comfortable beds Quick and friendly check in and out
Cons: Bathroom not the cleanest- slow draining tub Mediocre continental breakfast Tiki bar never opened during our stay
Mediocre3.1
Pros: Close to Disneyland. Bus service to park was good.
Cons: Staff wasn't friendly. Did not give you any information about the hotel or travel to Disneyland.
Mediocre2.8
Pros: not much- room appearance was good but beds & couch not comfortable
Cons: this is not a hotel - it is an old motel trying to be something it is not. damage deposit at check-in should have been a sign something is not right here. and charging for parking when you at a location that most people drive to is crazy. I would never stay here again nor recomend this to anyone.
Excellent10.0
Pros: The staff was so friendly, good proximity to Disneyland, the room was decorated well and well kept
Cons: It wasn't free
Okay5.1
Pros: Very close to Disneyland
Cons: Shower was broken, broke lights and electrical outlets
Excellent9.1
Pros: This place was wonderful! The staff was very nice and helpful, the room was clean, comfortable, and roomy, and the rest of the hotel grounds were great as well. There are two bars, one off of the lobby and one by the pool. The drinks, service, and food were also fantastic at both. As others have said, the veiw of the Disneyland fireworks was perfect from the pool. I would definitely stay here again!
Cons: The only negative thing I can say is that it it's a bit of a longer walk to Disneyland than was advertised, still no more than 10 minutes max.
Excellent8.5
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean.
Cons: Did not realize that it costs $12 a night to park your car. Didn't appreciate that I didn't have a choice.
Excellent8.8
Pros: We’d atuslly intended to book the other Sheraton (not a Four Points) on Harbor but apparently weren’t paying very close attention. This place isn’t quite as nice as that property, but given that it’s a short (~10 minutes) walk to Disneyland it ended up working out great.
Excellent8.8
Pros: The room was spacious, the bed was comfy, the people were nice, and the hotel restaurant was VERY reasonably priced...hard to come by, in my experience!
Cons: The only big negative was the internet. For all intents and purposes, it might as well have not even existed. Every now and then, we would be able to connect: Even more rarely, it would actually load a page or two. But then it would die again, and we would go back to running off our phone internet.
Good6.0
Cons: So noisy! Freeway noise, kids running up and down the outside hallways, thin walls, and closing doors shook the room. Overall, a cheap old building that needs improvement.
