Pros (+) Rooms were big and well maintained.
Cons (-) They asked me to pay for the parking of my car in their parking. Why should I pay for parking when i am renting their property? Staff was Good but they cannot go extra mile to compensate the issues.

Pros (+) The location for the price was excellent, it was paid parking but there was always enough open spaces. The hotel is very close to both Disney and the Anahiem Convention center and was one of only a few hotels in the area to have breakfast included. Overall a good hotel for the price and will likely come back on future business trips.
Cons (-) For the most part it was a pretty standard best western. There were a few oddities that didn't bother me but might bother others. Being in California it's very common to have open air hallways to the rooms the disadvantage of this is that it adds to the noise especially of cleaning carts rolling back and forth. When I tried to get ice both the ice machines on the 2nd and 3rd floor were not working...

Pros (+) Love that they served hot breakfast!!!! Helps when you have small children and all of you are beat from Disneyland the night before. My kids loved the bunk bed!!! It's about a 25-30 min walk to Disneyland, but it doesn't feel that long at all! Kids didn't complain, so that was a plus! Staff was friendly and no one bothered! I will definitely rent a room here again on our next Disneyland trip!

Pros (+) Close to Disneyland
Cons (-) The parking fee of 15$ per car and there were a cricket in my bathtub. so I had to park half a mile away I didn't mind walking to get free parking.

I called a day ahead of time to check in early since I received an email to check in early andet them know of my arrival time which was stated as "no problem" to me over the phone and our room was not even ready or available and on top of it the room was still not available until after 5 pm.
