Close to Disneyland
Room was tired and in poor condition, needs total update, bathtub had huge patch marks, dresser very scratched up
The only positive to this hotel was a distance of the location I was attending.
I had the worst customer service ever. The front desk employee was the rudest I had ever seen.
Value pick, don't expect much
Uneven accomodations, unreliable staff
The location was the main reason for our stay. 15 min walk to Disneyland. It was relatively clean. Manager was helpful. Our room was cleaned when we got back for our second night.
Heater never got warm no matter how long it was on for. On the second night the people next door were loud and disturbing.
The bed was very, very comfortable. After a long day at Disneyland, it was perfect to relax and sleep through the night. The close proximity to Disneyland was a bonus, too. We were able to walk to there and save a lot on parking.
Besides the mattress and the location, the room was very cheap. The knobs on the heater/AC didn't work well and there was still a drink in the fridge from the previous guests, which was kind of gross. The internet was so bad that I couldn't load anything, not even my email. The breakfast was just cereal, a few croissants and danishes, orange juice, milk, and coffee. In comparison with other hotels in the area, it's a lower price, but you get what you pay for.
Nice value in with good location,
Great location, just a short walk through a parking lot to the Disneyland Hotel & Downtown Disney. Much quieter part of Katella Ave. than near Harbour Blvd. Lots of TV channels. Solid value for price paid
Bit skimpy on the towels & amenities. Parking gets a bit tight in evening.
Extremely close and easy walk to the Disneyland Monorail, Close to Downtown Disney, Convenience store across the street, Fridge in room, Shitty but free breakfast, Something Something 200 character minimum
The shower was designed for ants, The cable was unamplified (Poor picture and bitstream dropouts), Room keys were deactivated after first night and front desk was left unattended for at least 15 min, had to encounter another guest who removed my feeling of safety and made me worry for the life of the Bellboy
The room was dirty Had to bang on tv to get it to work only 3 towels were given Looked like they were remodeling but didn't finish. It's a good place to sleep and go
It's very close to the park and the walk was easy.
The breakfast was a little lacking.
Good value for money, they say near main gate but about a 20 minute walk. Room spacious and basic, clean, beds comfy. Hot tub a treat after a day in Disneyland to relieve aching backs and feet
the location was right across from Disneyland Park so it was really accessible. no need to pay extra parking fees.
I just did not like the fact that the wash area was not enclosed & wasn't included in the bathroom. If you had other people with you (not immediate family), there is no privacy when washing your face, brushing teeth or even doing your make-up.
The hotel was kind of close to the Disney parks, but the daily cost to park at Disney is not much.
The room was dirty. We found trash under the bed, and an old pair of glasses. We had to ask for more bath towels both nights and no staff was around in the evenings to assist.
Budget hotel but very clean and comfortable, excellent for pool and jacuzzi and only a 5 min walk from Disney, fantastic value for money.
Breakfast could have been better but still nice to get a cup of tea and a croissant in the morning.
great location if you go to disny
very poor room. no mirors ( so no shaving) , problem with the toalet, problem with the lights; very very poor breakfast (coffe no cream, no milk)
The guy at the front desk was very acomodating, giving us a two bed room even thought we only pay for what we had reservesd.1 King bed
It offers breakfast included but the breakfast was a danish and coffe in the front desk(not cool)
yes, the toilet overflowed, the office mgr offered us a plunger, I said no thank you, how about another room and he gave me that.
location, price and amenities
Very attentive management.
Were not consistant in towels (did not get any hand towel after first day of stay), not consistant in supplies (soap, cups, etc) replaced daily.
