Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to access public transport and city attractions. Many also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. However, several guests found the beds uncomfortable, and noise from traffic or other guests was a common complaint. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some finding rooms clean and others noting issues. The steep stairs were mentioned frequently but were generally accepted as part of the Amsterdam experience.
