Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access city attractions. Many found the rooms comfortable and spacious, with some highlighting modern decor and cleanliness. However, experiences with service were mixed, with several guests reporting unhelpful or rude staff, issues with check-in, and delays in returning security deposits. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, though a few noted dusty rooms or minor maintenance issues. Breakfast and club lounge offerings received both positive and negative feedback, with some guests enjoying the variety and others finding the options limited or the area crowded. Overall, the location and comfort stood out as the main positives.

Pros (+) Bed, pillows, and room was very comfortable. The breakfast spread is large with many options.
Cons (-) We ordered some eggs Benedict with the breakfast buffet, they were not good. Good eggs on toast, but instead of ham there was a bitter cooked spinach mix and the sauce had no flavor.
