Breakfast was mostly good, except egg dishes. connection with centrum by metro was vwry good.
when I book this room, I can't choose one big bed and then we had separately beds for 1 night, but lady in chekin desk was very kind and nice and we got new room next day + complimentary drinks:)
The hotel is new, modern, green... it is great! It is not located in the old town but it is very well connected with a metro station 300m away.
Very comfortable and modern furnishings; very helpful and friendly staff; a very short walk from the main metro line leading to Amsterdam's "Centrum" within a few minutes.
no complaints :-)
a very comfortable and modern hotel, rooms were lovely and in general the staff were both friendly and professional. Hotel was a mere 5 minute walk to the metro, central Amsterdam being an easy 20 mins. Beds were very comfortable, the rooms stylish and quiet. Reception was extremely welcoming and very helpful.
It would have been 5 stars, however wait staff plugged into devices to take orders, whilst a sign of the times, shouldn’t be a distraction from good old customer service with eye contact. Some lack of listening to details was missing for me. Service at the top floor bar was VERY slow.
Modern and clean and fresh feel. Lovely staff. Fantastic lift service!
Paying 8 euros for a single bacardi is really insultingly pricey. Breakfast was minimalist for 22 euros per person
