Hotel was decent when travelling with a friend, one of the cheaper accommodations! Decent washroom facilities!
Hotel was a good walk from the train station and decent pubs/cafes! the room was very dark and small, was ok for a few nights! would never dream of taking the wife there!
Very clean and stylish hotel
The staff is nice and friendly but not always efficient at check in and out
The property was decorated quite modern which was nice in the old building the staff where friendly and moved use quickly after the tv fell off the wall very clean
The first was was small for a double so small that my partner knocked the tv off the wall, Toilet door are certainly not privacy glass which made it hard to use the toilet as my partner could see though it when the lights where one meaning having to use the loo in the dark area times
Location: 4 tram stops from Central but can easily walk about 20 minutes through town Lidl close by Staff were nice enough
Room: £125 1 night deluxe premier room: room was not ready when we arrived, receptionist lady was dealing with it but was not apologetic at all! requested a double bed but had 2 singles pushed together meaning NO spooning and lovey time was interrupted by us falling through the crack. Room was nice, coffee machine a bit botched. Window does not open so no ventilation for when you shower or go toilet. Had to open the front door to breathe while getting ready. Air-con only let out heat and NO window! Room is on the top floor with no lift- don’t know if this was on the website but probably wouldn’t have booked if I knew
Had a room on the 3rd floor which were tiny, much smaller than they look in the pictures. Place looked grubby. Can see through toilet door and even has a gap which is a bit uncomfortable.
