Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access attractions, public transport, and nightlife. Many appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, especially the beds. However, a significant number of guests reported high noise levels at night, particularly from nearby bars, street traffic, and trams, which affected sleep quality. Some also noted the lack of an elevator and steep stairs as potential challenges, but overall, positive aspects such as location, service, and comfort stood out.
