Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Many enjoyed the unique atmosphere and comfortable beds. However, several reviews mentioned steep stairs and the lack of an elevator as a significant drawback, especially for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Noise from the street and within the hotel was a common complaint, as were small room sizes. Cleanliness and amenities were generally satisfactory, though some guests noted issues with bathroom cleanliness and room facilities. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its vibe, service, and location, but may not suit those sensitive to noise, needing large rooms, or requiring easy accessibility.AI-generated from customer reviews
