Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access attractions and public transport. Many also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. However, several reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, especially in some rooms and bathrooms, and there were frequent complaints about malfunctioning air conditioning, small room sizes, and uncomfortable beds. Despite these drawbacks, the convenient location and generally positive service stood out for many visitors.

Pros (+) Bathroom was clean
Cons (-) Not worth the price. A windowless room behind the front desk of the hotel. Quite strange setup. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Pros (+) Close to walk to museums and food market. Breakfast very good. Take bus 197 straight from airport to one block from hotel. Or take airport shuttle straight to door.
Cons (-) the room does need more lamps for light. The stairs are very steep and this is problem for some.
