Big, comfortable bed! Free coffee in the room. Staff were super friendly. The location was brilliant.
The walls were very thin, so I literally heard everything in the rooms around me, and in the mornings was woken up by people walking/talking down the corridors. Also the shower had no door on it so my bathroom flooded each morning.

The best thing was the location. Made walking everywhere easy. And the beds were comfy.
The room was not clean. There was a pair of socks left on the main heater. The fridge was dirty, and smelled very foul. The furniture and room smelled old, kinda mildewy. There was mold in the shower and the towel holder was actually broken. I also didn’t like the steep stairs to get to the bathroom.
